First I want to say that the support team for this company was phenomenal. I had a shipping issue with USPS and the responded very quickly. They even took the extra step to reach out to USPS to try to fix the issue. That really made me feel appreciated as a customer. Shipping was pretty fast, ordered on the 3rd, came the 10th! I did receive the wrong color though, I ordered black and I got the light pink. The box was a little damaged, but the product itself came inside its own baggy, which is nice to keep hidden lol. The toy itself is literally so amazing! My regular vibrator has nothing on this! It might be tmi but I literally gush every time I use this. I had to stop using it on the bed and go to the toilet to use it lol. And it comes with sooo many different speeds and settings. After you charge it hold down the power button for a few seconds and it’ll turn on, do the same thing when you want to cut it off (hold the power button down). To switch speeds just press the power buttom but don’t hold it down or you’ll cut it off.
